The Sugar Secret!

It's so great to see that finally there is some media attention focusing on the impact of sugar in our diet, and how it affects weight loss!

Did anyone see last weeks episode of 60 Minutes on Channel Nine here in Australia?

Excess sugars creates excess fats – its as simple as that and scientifically proven.

Sugar is an essential nutrient, we need it to survive. However over the last100 years we have begun to consume too much of it. To the point where it is the main driver behind obesity, diabetes type 2, fatty liver, polycyctic ovarian syndrome and more!
