The Sugar Secret!

It's so great to see that finally there is some media attention focusing on the impact of sugar in our diet, and how it affects weight loss!

Did anyone see last weeks episode of 60 Minutes on Channel Nine here in Australia?

Excess sugars creates excess fats – its as simple as that and scientifically proven.
